What we collect

When you send an estimate request, we receive what you type into the form: your name, phone number and, if you provide them, your email address, the service you're interested in, your address or area, and a description of the job. When you call us, we see your phone number.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your request, prepare an estimate and do the work you ask for. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

How it's delivered

Form submissions are delivered to us by email through our email service provider, which processes the message only to deliver it. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP addresses) to run and protect the website.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics (with Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors find and use the site — for example, which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are located, and whether someone taps to call or sends an estimate request. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this; it doesn't tell us who you are. You can opt out with Google's opt-out browser add-on.

We also use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use and interact with the website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps and session replay, so we can improve it. Clarity captures website usage data using first- and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies. Anything you type into the estimate form is masked and never recorded.
